I offer building services for solid stone structures. To avail of these services please use the contact form. Please see below services. The cost of this is a flat fee of €200 per day on site, excluding material costs.

This would involve removal cement plaster and raking out cement mortar.

Repointing solid stone walls with appropriate lime mortar.

Lime plaster and render ensures your walls are protected and eliminate damp issues.

Gold - €650
The package includes vacant property grant application guidance. Two site visits that involve one-to-one training for self builders and two zoom call mentoring sessions.

Silver - €300
One site visit of one-to-one training for self builders and vacant property grant guidance session.

Bronze - €100
One zoom call mentoring session for self builders or property owners looking to get approval for the vacant property refurbishment grant.
